What We Do
Since 1984, we have led the effort to represent the Utah RV Dealers at Utah’s Capitol Hill. We have been at the forefront of every major legislative issues for the past nearly forty years.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to represent and protect the Utah RV Dealers from unsightly government intervention in the RV business.
What We’ve Achieved
Organized, developed, and manage the Utah RV Super Show (since 2000)
Prevented dealer bond increases multiple times
Eliminated Red Tag Safety Programs including the $10,000 Safety Penalty Violation.
Eliminated commercial drivers license requirements for motor homes
Age based fees for travel trailers (2003) and motor homes (2018).
Temporary permit time from 30 days to 45 days
Sales tax exemption eliminated for out of state LLC’s (2020).
Franchise Act for RV dealers including a 35 mile relevant market area, establishment/relocation of dealerships, manufacturer prohibited acts, and the Motor Vehicle Franchise Board.
Stopped 3-day right of recision law for RV’s
Maintained the sales tax trade-in exemption
